TP

Heats are set here.
What's interesting in the battle for the white jersey (male, female)?
- Teter vs AGD. CvK vs MelB
- Sigma Chi vs Fiji. The teams Tom S is coaching and the one he coveted
- Wing it vs Army. Battle of the dark horses.
- PDT vs themselves. The ultimate mental challenge, like racing the ghost in MarioKart
- DG vs KKG. Last two pole teams.
- Gray Goat vs Cutters. The 'Eligbility bowl'. Should be a good one!

Will CvK pull the entire way (maybe this year she'll smoke a cigarette to show how easy it is)? Will the Cutters implode like last year? Will recent trends converge and there'll be aero helmets WITH cameras?
All the answers at the track on Saturday afternoon!

PDT going solo is strange. There are B Teams with match ups. Curious how that happened?

Sigma Nu no show for the last two series events? Comments?

In the white jersey discussion, Cutters will take it, no doubt but Delts would of been a strong contender had they shown up for Miss n' Out last weekend. RJ is on terrific form as of late, it'll be interesting to see what they can do in TP and the race.

However, PDT is still in 2nd behind Cutters? How is this possible with one of their better riders being sidelined? Seems like they would of had another solid squad for the race if not for the ill-timed wreck took West out of competition.

The word on the street is that the PDT camp has entirely broken apart. Coaches have quite, riders not getting along. It sounds like they have more than just broken bones to deal with over there. This might explain why they don’t have a pair for team pursuit.

TurnLEFT said...

I would DIE to see CVK smoke while doing TP. Word on the street says Cutters are trying to break the record. Any truth to this?

Anonymous said...

That record is unbelievably hard! If they break it, best Little 5 team ever assuming they win the race.

Todd said...

Hate to say it, but no freaking way. If they break it, consider the field lapped.

Anonymous said...

Wait, Tom is trying to bait Cutters to try to make them go way too fast and break apart like last year. He thinks Sigma Chi can sneak a win this year in TP if Cutters go too hard too early. Good strategy Tom. : )

Anyone else notice Delts with 4 guys on the track today doing TP-style hot laps? I missed the memo about the rule change allowing you to have your entire team on the track at the same time.

Unknown said...

I hear delts been out at Kilroy's late into the night training... is it true or false?

Anonymous said...

The Delts were entirely within the rules today at the track. First of all, Coudright is on RC so he is exempt from counting, but that still leaves them with three on the track. However, during times of particularly low numbers on the track, such as today, RC members can decide to allow teams to have a third rider on the track at a time, so all the delts were accounted for. Those guys work hard and follow the rules, don't knock them just because you are uninformed.

Im probably not supposed to talk about this, but I heard Zachary Lusk telling my favorite professor this.

He said to train for the little 5 the cutters use:

1. An underground lake to train in:
2. An aboveground pool to bike in:
3: EPO to take and shoot in:
4. Blood to better their red blood cell count within
5. Three IDS Blogs and an ample amount of CoverStories to be in...

Funny how when the anonymous posting goes away all these interesting names appear. Apparently forms of John are quite popular!

Anonymous said...

Tits are fun too I hear.

John has the best tits.

Eric Young told me that he was going to eat all of the other competitor's future children....I wonder where he got that intimidation tactic?

Unknown said...

To be fair to Wade, 40 people out of every 1000 have the name john or some form of john. So its a pretty fair name.

I got it from my idol. John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt.

My parent said his name was my name tooo....

Jordan Hulls said...

Now I'm not saying the Cutters are doping, but I will say that them and I are pretty tight and they have never acted scared around the syringe when I've been around......bend over and bottoms up boys!

The WEBSITE is up. Come here all anonymous posters - lets talk some shit about TOdd and company

Operacion Puerto may have expanded into the Little 500 realm....Past race directors were able to keep it quiet, but I know the truth!

I think that Cutters v Gray Goat is the best heat. Just look at all of the drama. Eric is going to want to kill it (no doubt in as much Bissell gear as he can dig up) to show Kiel whats up. Kiel will want his revenge. Kids, if you don't like that drama, you don't like living! TP2011, GET SOME!

Unknown said...

Gotta go with the Cutters! I hear they are going for the win, which makes me continue to love their story.
I grew up watching Breaking Away and I am so excited to see the townies beat the university riders!!!

Unknown said...

Not to be biased - but the Cutters should lap the field around lap 112.

I should be able to pin-point what exact lap once I view the field and see how the teams are moving as I did last year.

Test us if you think we dope. Our team performs better progressively every year. If anyone needs to be tested it should be those individuals that suddenly come out of the workwood from a decent rider to an awesome rider...not going to mention any names but I know the delts seem to comment on here quite a bit so maybe there's a guilty conscious there??? And yes I know there are delts posting on here; my cousin is an IT guy and can pretty much hack into whatever he wants and see where the posts are coming from. I'm not accusing them by any means because they are good guys and I've never had a problem with them but people usually talk about things to cover up their own mess.

Todd said...

@Johnnny @10:55PM - you don't need another site to "talk shit" about me. You can do that all you want right here.

TurnLEFT said...

Hank,

Your cousin can hack into this board and see who is posting? Next are you going to tell me your mom can beat up my mom?

Zachary Lusk said...

She could beat you're mom up I'm sure. Why do you think I'm a badass? Good genes from mom and dad. And yes he has the capabilities to do a lot of things on his computer believe it or not but I've seen the results and they are very convincing

TurnLEFT said...

If you feel so scared of people writing about you behind a false name then I am truly sorry for you. It is going to be a long life of worries if you think everyone is in secret talking about you. Grow up

Zachary Lusk said...

Tom I'm obviously not worried about people talking about me. In fact I enjoy it; it shows people are scared and you being the silly old man that you are play the game better than anyone else. Thank you for boosting my ego year after year.

Anonymous said...

Pretty funny joke!

TurnLEFT said...

Hank,

And yet you are.

Need to have the last word on everything? Truth hurt to bad?

I maybe silly, I maybe old, but I am confident with my ego.

Last word just to spite Tom: honeybadger

thesebaggynutz said...

Hank, you are a raging pussy! Shit talking in the shadow of Youngs Nuts won't do anything for you on race day.

Whatcha got?

Didn't think so.

Zachary Lusk said...

Guess we'll see won't we baggynutz? Why don't you put your real name up here so everyone can see who the real pussy is and see what you bring to the table on raceday; that is if you even race?

thesebaggynutz said...

Of course I don't race you JACKWAGON! You know who I am, I'm the guy in the stands, I'm the fans in the stands, I'm your teammates, I'm your consience, I'm the reason someone with a Little 500 championship ring would wake up at 6am to see what people are saying about him.

I am EVERYONE that watched you sucking wind in last years race, gas-faced, only to have Young and Feldman bail you out.

I wonder if riding your victory lap you were thinking, "man thank you God, for these guys covering my butt, Go CUTTERS!"

You are a POSER. So keep POSING.

A Fan.

Zachary Lusk said...

Still yet to know your name...

honeybadger said...

the badger will get you.

Unknown said...

hank you gotta chance to do something only a handful of people ever can say they did next week...that's pretty special. Of course you are going to have JBHers talking shit. As someone that hasn't been to btown yet this year, this site is great for staying up to date on spring series events but damn it is getting out of control haha

I assume you were talking about RJ coming out of the woodwork from a shitty rider to a good one...i had the chance to train with that little bastard when he first started riding in the sprign of 09 when he sucked, but im not too surprised he is doing well after just 2 years. Besides Young, he probably has more drive to train in the off-season than anyone in L5 and isn't afraid of a little pain.

Can't wait for next week..I'm biased with this but where are all the Courtney Bishop posts? He used to have 3-4 made up names back in the day...I can't see him quitting cold turkey haha

Team Blackout

Zachary Lusk said...

Oh I totally agree Kenny. I have all the respect for RJ in the world. I merely said that because I wanted to bring it up that he's a very good rider and needs to be watched on raceday or he could easily slide off the front. I know he's not on anything that was just a reference back to the TMT days when you and Coudright were jacked! Delts showed tonight at team pursuit they are no joke whatsoever. Should be a good race next week; faster than previous years I'm guessing...

I'm not sure why people always assume that the "bigger" guys in the Little 500 must be/have been on something ... As if when you guys were playing video games or watching TV or munching on potato chips we weren't in the gym lifting. As if being "jacked" seems so unreachable to you that the only way to justify your size in comparison, is to blame it on something else.

Zachary Lusk said...

It was a joke dude. I know you guys don't take anything I used to hear crazy stories about Kenny lifting or running 5k's before series events all the time. You guys work hard in the weightroom and its shown through your riding. Besides James, if you took PED's you'd be a lot bigger but instead have slimmed down over the last year...but yes while you are lifting I probably was at Roy's eating breadsticks and quesadillas
