Upcoming Dates... Fall 2012

Just a few advance notices regarding Little 500 and other cycling dates.  First of all, the 9th and final MMSF TT will be coming up next week (Tuesday, September 11th), so if you'd like to take on the course "officially" one last time, plan on being there at 7pm.  Unfortunately, this will conflict with the IUSF Callout Meeting for Little 5.  That will be held also next Tuesday the 11th at 8pm in BU223, so interested riders should plan on being there.  A new, exciting series of events from IUSF is also coming this fall.  For the first time there will be a Fall Tuesday Night Race Series hosted by IUSF at Bill Armstrong Stadium.  This year the series will feature three nights of racing - details to come on that.  The races will be bi-weekly starting Tuesday, September 25th and will feature a mix of different track (velodrome)-style racing.  Also keep an eye out for the Fall Exchange Clinic for those teams looking to teach rookies exchanges early or brush up on exchanges for vets.  The full Fall Calendar for IUSF can be found here.  Just a reminder, the IUSF Group Rides will be going on all fall at 4:30pm from the Wilcox House - multiple routes are available and turnouts have been awesome so far!

Lastly, Road Wednesday Worlds will continue through the end of this month, with the 446 Loop on  Wednesday, September 26th closing out the WW for the season.  Looking ahead there is PLENTY of racing left this year for those willing to get a little muddy in cyclocross racing.  Adam Rodkey and Fred Rose have already been out scouting the course for BloomingCross so for those who are interested - plan on a great race this fall right here in town!  Wednesday CX Worlds is a great place to learn and hone your skills and it's a great workout in less than an hour.

Whether it's on or off the road, I hope to see you all out riding!

Delts - RJ < Cutters

Cutters-Young= a couple fat, questionably heterosexual sub par riders

sharp>young>rj

I'm rotflmao-ing right now. Sharp? The mediocre CAT3 who has never won little 5? Sure, he is the best of all time. Along with all the other PDT bros. Think they can find a way to get 2nd again this year?

Yeah, pretty sure I'd rather ride for Cutters than whatever tank top donning frat you support, punchy.

arrested for assault > performance enhancing drugs

Forrest looked good last Friday they should be the favorites. Besides cutters will wreck the leaders again anyway

Anonymous said...

Has Bishop ever ridden a bike in his life? How is he qualified for anything other than welfare?

Anonymous said...

paul smith will lead the delts to a repeat. pdt 2nd as usual, cutters wreck out - they're hopeless without young

Anonymous said...

I thought we established he is a pro?
Did that change

Anonymous said...

bishop not qualified for anything but welfare that's great but I guess assault too

Anonymous said...

who did he assault?
My guess is the cashier at KFC.

beta has to be the favorite with anderson and lazer returning

Anonymous said...

Beta is hardly the favorite. They will not finish top 5

Anonymous said...

Beta > Theta

anderson will win ITTs this year. smith 2nd depassee 3rd

Anonymous said...

Anderson was not even top ten last year. He wont even be best on his team

Beta can really attack on those social rides. Too bad they get dropped on the first hill. And needing to stop the whole group after 25mi to fill water bottles is weak.
