This is very worthy but can't help feeling it's a little obvious (Wear a heavy jacket to stay warm). I have never heard the toothpaste on the glasses advice (1m20s)! I'm sure when he's talking about googles/toothpaste she's thinking '
Really?..we didn't talk about that in rehearsal'... Is it me or does the corridor behind go on forever.... Also I'm not sure about the saddle tilt on that bike to the side!

Little 500 riders should take notes
good timing too with rookie week going on
Clearly it’s geared towards the commuter and is good general advice. Yes toothpaste works I’ve used it before in swimming goggles. Didn’t mention bell or horn.
real L5ers commute to class on L5 bikes
"40% of body heat escapes through the head" is a popular myth. There was a test, but lost to those repeating the result is the fact that subjects were fully clothed including winter coat, but no hat.
26% of facts are made up on the spot.
Sunglasses>goggles
and was this video necessary? Anyone that needs to be told to wear warm clothes during the winter should be allowed to freeze.

Today I saw three girls headed down the causway hill on their little 5 bikes about 3:45. One dresses in what looked like to be just a long sleeve t shirt. Doesn't anyone tell these beginners what they shouldn't do? It was getting cold and overcast and they would have to lug those bikes up hill into the wind all the way home.
it was probably teter
This is obviously an outake from "Portlandia"
